What's helpful to include
- Which page you were on (the URL)
- What conversion you were doing (HEIC to JPG, viewer, EXIF, etc.)
- Your browser and operating system
- Any error message that appeared
- Your console output (Cmd-Option-J on Mac, F12 on Windows) if you're comfortable copying it
- If you took the photo on a specific iPhone model, mention it — some HEIC sub-formats vary by device
Please don't send the photo itself. We can almost always reproduce the issue from a fresh HEIC taken on any iPhone.
